I started out working in insurance after graduating from Georgia Southern University in 1993. After a year working in the insurance industry, I moved back to South Carolina to work for UPS. Working back in S.C., I met my future bride. We moved to Florida to pursue a life together closer to her family.

I started working as an executive recruiter in Central Florida in 1996. We recruited executives, management, sales, and operations positions nationally in the mortgage banking arena. In 2007, after 11 years of working my way up, I bought out my partners and became President and sole owner of a very successful recruiting firm. After 16 years in a business that was so good to me, the mortgage industry came crashing down, and it was time to move on to another opportunity.

In 2012, Jennifer, my father-in-law, George, and I started a small exterior cleaning business. HydroTech Solutions, “Your exterior surface specialist”. I had worked in landscape and pressure washed as a young man for summers and during college. Endless research was done before starting our business. We believe in training and education. I trained with a business owner and his equipment first. Next, training with our new trailer and equipment doing roof cleaning, house washing, and a commercial sidewalk job in the South Florida market prior to building our business in Central Florida. Joining PWNA in our 1st year further helped in our understanding, training, and development. Continued education and professionalism is very important to us and our business. We take an environmentally friendly approach in all of our cleaning services. In the spirit of giving back, we give discounts to veterans, senior citizens, policeman, fireman, teachers, etc. We also like to donate our time to local churches, schools, and charities by helping where exterior cleaning is needed.
