I have been working in the pressure washing industry for the last 7 years. My business started out specializing in primarily roof cleaning and in 2007 I started Professional Roof Cleaning LLC. We would do a house here and there or as part of a package deal but never thought of myself as a pressure washer because I thought everyone does pressure washing so I wanted to just specialize in roof cleaning. After 3 years of roof cleaning I realized I did not want to be on roofs for the rest of my life and seeing the need for a reputable pressure washing company in my area, I officially changed the business to NorthEast Power Washing LLC.

Changing the business name was the best thing that I could have done at the time. I guess now you could say we specialize in house washing and roof cleaning. In the last 3 years we have branched out to take on more commercial type work which has been great for our business. We have been contacted for some really specialty jobs. Also in the last couple of years, we have expanded our services to include deck restoration services – stripping, neutralizing, buffing and using penetrating oils to preserve the wood. Here in Connecticut we deal with primarily Ipe, mahogany, and pressure treated wood. Pressure washing has been my passion and my life for the past 7 years.

Being from Connecticut we shut down our residential business in the winter and just continue our commercial contract work so I am able to spend a lot of time doing research about pressure washing as I am always looking for a better way to do things and new and improved chemicals.
