Vendor Member: Reelcraft Introduces the New Series 20000 Motorized Aluminum Hose Reels

Reelcraft Industries has launched its new Series 20000 motorized aluminum hose reels, designed for professionals who need power, flexibility, and reliability in demanding environments.

The Series 20000 combines a lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum frame with a patent-pending direct-drive motor system for smooth, consistent operation. Its compact, stackable design allows for multiple mounting orientations and space-saving configurations — ideal for mobile service trucks, spray systems, and industrial washdown applications.

Available in both 12 V DC motorized (E-Series) and manual hand crank (C-Series) versions, the Series 20000 supports working pressures up to 4,500 psi and offers a full line of accessories including roller guides, stacking brackets, and whip hoses.

The all-aluminum construction is 50% lighter than carbon steel and naturally corrosion resistant. A ¾" fluid path constructed of 316 stainless steel is built to handle harsh chemicals, while the reel is available with either a stainless steel or carbon steel swivel. The aluminum alloy drum withstands crush and warping under high pressure and heat, ensuring long service life in the toughest environments.
