The Power Washers of North America (PWNA) is proud to recognize outstanding leaders who exemplify the very best of our industry. Each year, we honor individuals and companies whose integrity, professionalism, and dedication help elevate exterior cleaning as a respected, thriving profession.

This year, we are excited to announce the recipients of two of PWNA’s highest honors:

• The Joseph Walters Award - Industry Vendor Category
• The PWNA Award of Excellence – Contractor Category

Joseph Walters Award

Honoree: Carlos Gonzales, Enviro Bio Cleaner

The Joseph Walters Award is presented to an industry vendor who exemplifies outstanding support, partnership, and commitment to both the exterior cleaning profession and the PWNA community.

This award honors a vendor who demonstrates:

• Exceptional customer service and responsiveness
• A long-standing commitment to the pressure washing industry
• Active involvement in PWNA programs or events
• Integrity, professionalism, and leadership in business
• A proven track record of supporting contractor success

This year’s recipient, Carlos Gonzales of Enviro Bio Cleaner, reflects all of these values and more.

Through his leadership at Enviro Bio Cleaner, Carlos has consistently focused on helping contractors succeed—whether through product support, education, or being a reliable, solutions-focused partner. His approach embodies what PWNA looks for in a vendor: someone who doesn’t just sell to the industry, but truly invests in it.

Honorees: Ferretti Softwash - Ronny Estrada & Pressure Kleen - Chuck Doherty

This year, we are thrilled to recognize two outstanding contractors:

• Ferretti Softwash – Ronny Estrada
• Pressure Kleen – Chuck Doherty

Chuck Doherty has been a dedicated PWNA member for over 20 years, demonstrating unwavering loyalty to the association and the industry. His long-term involvement reflects a deep commitment to professionalism, ethical business practices, and continuous improvement in the field of exterior cleaning.

Ronny Estrada, an Enterprise member, actively leverages his PWNA membership to strengthen his company. He promotes safety, compliance, and technical training within his organization, using PWNA education and resources to support his team and raise the bar for performance and professionalism.

Both Ronny and Chuck have built reputations not just as skilled professionals, but as leaders who give back to the community sharing knowledge, supporting peers, and representing what it means to be a PWNA contractor.
